Background

With over 20 years of design experience, I started my career working with branding agencies in Bath and Bristol before moving to Cornwall to raise my family by the sea. That grounding in brand identity has shaped everything I do.

I’m based in Falmouth, Cornwall, and work with DTC brands across the UK and internationally.

Early in my career, I focused on brand identity and print design, working with agencies across the Southwest. I always had a keen sense of bringing brand to life on digitally, if that was through motion or web. I decided I wanted to learn this more hands on and also see how entire product launches happen at big companies, so I applied for a freelance role at Dyson.

I freelanced for Dyson for 3 and half years, working on entire product launches through every touchpoint.

After moving down to Cornwall I started freelancing locally before going into a full time role at a Digital design agency in Falmouth.

Since 2021 I have been fully freelance again, working directly with brands and alongside agencies, focused entirely on Shopify.

My Approach

What sets my work apart is the combination of skills I bring: brand strategy, UX/UI design, and deep Shopify expertise. Most designers focus on one area; I bridge all three. That means your store isn’t just functional—it tells your story, guides customers naturally, and converts better because every decision is intentional.

I work in Figma to prototype before development, ensuring you can see and test the customer journey before anything gets built. This approach saves time, money, and prevents costly mistakes during development.
